We want you to love your jewelry, but in the rare case it arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.


🔁 Returns – Damaged or Defective Items Only

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.


📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required
  • 📹 Unboxing video is mandatory to verify damage
    Without the video, the return cannot be processed.

✉️ How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at shopwithtashi@gmail.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the item
    • The unboxing video clearly showing the issue
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and return instructions.

🚫 Do not send items back without approval — they will not be accepted.


🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the jewelry is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with supporting visuals and your unboxing video.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for return, you can place a new order once the refund is processed.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the result.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, email us.
