🌍 Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India. If you're located outside India and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at shopwithtashi@gmail.com for assistance.


📮 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
  • You can track your package using the courier’s tracking portal.
  • If you don’t receive tracking details within 4-6 days of placing your order, please contact us.

🚫 Delays or Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery failures. Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact the courier service directly. We’ll assist wherever possible, but we cannot guarantee redelivery for such cases.

📦 Packaging

All jewelry is securely packed in our Tashi signature packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged parcel, kindly record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.


💸 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations after dispatch.
